Bayfield Mortgage is one the oldest Mortgage Brokerage houses in BC. We have been in operation for over 40 years. Bayfield Mortgage Salmon Arm opened its doors 15 years ago and is locally owned. Bayfield practises mortgage sourcing for both competitive bank placement and private funds throughout Western Canada.

Because of our regional presence and size many of clients enjoy lower rates due to our increased negotiating power with lenders. We also feature two large Mortgage Investment Corporations for both easy access to hard money funds and for investment opportunities.

Tim Giandomenico, Associate Broker... Tim has over 25 years of senior management and customer service experience and has been actively involved in our community for almost 12 years, serving on the boards of the Shuswap Recreation Society, Downtown Salmon Arm and the Salmon Arm Minor Hockey Association.
