Now in my 25th year as a full time Licensed Realtor, I have been providing my Real Estate and marketing services in Salmon Arm and throughout the Shuswap since 1993.  Although I have never strived to be number #1, or any number for that matter,  I have continuously been in the top percentages of all Realtors year after year.   I am very happy and proud that over 90% of my business is repeat clientele, or a direct result of past clients and or friends referrals. For me personally it is rewarding, and could be considered my resume. By combining a professional outlook, 25 years of experience and lots of hard work, I have been able to maintain the loyalty and trust of so many throughout the years.

I have travelled many places throughout North America and a dozen countries throughout the world, and I can not think of a place any more enjoyable and beautiful than where we live in the Shuswap.  Lianne and I, along with our two best friends (Baily & Kobi) enjoy spending most of our free time taking advantage of all that Salmon Arm and the Shuswap has to offer. Whether it is out boating on the lake, camping at the Narrows, or exploring the endless mountain trails and hidden lakes on the quad, we both absolutely love where we live in the magical Shuswap! 

 

Cory Bagg

Raised in the Shuswap, Cory is proud to call Salmon Arm home. After High School Cory explored and experienced many other areas of the province, including music school on the Lower Mainland and Pipelining in Alberta. However, the draw of the Shuswap soon won over and he moved back in 2001 and enrolled in the Real Estate Pre-licensing course. The rest is history. Now in his eighth year as a Realtor, Cory has established himself as a hard working and dedicated Realtor. He was nominated to be the Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board-Shuswap Zone Secretary and from there moved on to Shuswap Zone Presidency for 4 years. He also has spent many years working with the Shuswap Rotary Club as Secretary. In his free time, Cory also works as a leader and mentor of young adults at his home church.

Cory is actively involved in his passion of music, you may see him playing his sax at some local Okanagan venues with the Salmon Armenians. His Hobbies include, fishing and hunting with his dog Yogi, skiing and off road activities with BC jeep club.  For Cory, there is comfort and satisfaction knowing that he has helped his clients find that special place to call home. Cory knows that an excellent reputation is the recipe that has helped him on his road to success.

 

 

Brenda Kenzie

   We are extremely happy to have her back on our team.  After a short time enjoying the city life and a new adventure, the decision and opportunity to move back to Salmon Arm was an easy choice  -“ there’s no place like home”!  Brenda brings with her over 21 years of Real Estate experience and is an integral part of the team.  Her organizational skills along with her knowledge and understanding of what is involved makes our job that much more efficient and effective.  Essentially this allows us time doing what we like to do best, and that is focussing our time and energy with Buyers and Sellers. Welcome back "Brenda"
